Troy: Fall Of Kings

For writing reviews of David's books

Loved how the book tied itself up with events in real life. Though I must admit that the Shield of Thunder was my favourite as well.
The most memorable part for me was when Agamemnon went flying through the sky XD, it seemed really cartoonish but hilarious.

With the last book done, I also couldnt help wonder what if a Troy movie were to be fashioned after David Gemmell's work. Though I'd imagine it would lose the attention of those eager for mindless swinging of sticks.

It certainly was hard to me to handle the fact that David Gemmell was gone when I had only just started reading his books last year. And I had only just enjoyed the Shield of Thunder. =(
Doubt that there'll ever be such a writer as DG, at least I've still got a far lot of series to devour =P.

Aye, it was a amazing book from an amazing author. Fall of Kings was Gemmells last book and it seemed fitting that heros died in a great way. I was hoping to be able to tell where like everyone said, David stopped and stella started, just to know what were his ideas and what were hers. It was a prime ending note. And that note sounded pure.

Here's my REAL review

The novel Troy: Fall of Kings was David Gemmell’s last piece of work that will ever be bestowed upon us. An award has just came out called the David Gemmell Legend Award for heroic fantasy named after his first novel which came out in 1984.

BACKGROUND INFORMAION

David Gemmell grew up in west London with his mother. His lacking of a father was a constant torment in his life and the words, “Whoreâ€

Yeah, my thesis was weak but it is over and done. But definitely I will ask everybody to add some stuff the next time i write a review(if such a time ever comes). Thanks for the compliment DD!

Do you post any of your own work on any sites? And can we read your news-stories online? (Because I believe you to be a writer/reporter by some of your posts) It would be cool read about some interviews :D .

....yet. If I've learnt anything from the great man himself, it is that theres always hope.
